Patrick Studley, CIH, CSP

Mr. Studley began working at Marine Chemist Service in 2006 as an industrial hygiene technician. For the next decade, he rose through the ranks to become the lead inspector by holding multiple asbestos, lead, mold, and radon certifications.


Mr. Studley sat for the Certified Industrial Hygiene (CIH) board exam in 2017 and the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) board exam in 2020, passing both on his first attempt.  Mr. Studley’s professional focus is on protecting people and their environment through consultation, certification training instructor, and manager of the Industrial Hygiene department at MCS.  He is also a member of several local and national organizations, such as the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA), American Board of Industrial Hygiene (ABIH), Tidewater American Industrial Hygiene Association (TAIHA), Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP), and the Virginia Ship Repair Association (VSRA).
